This stall holder at Penzance Farmers Market is part of the 5 to 9 ers, running their own businesses after work and at weekends.  Bill Inkpen of Bissoe Plant Nursery, Truro lowers the risk of failure by trying out his products before sacrificing his salary (as a jeweller).  He plans to go full-time with the business in the future.

So it is possible to set up your dream business without risking the day job.
